Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx):
– Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
– Flat rate: $12.95 (applies to all orders under $50)

Free Shipping (EMS):
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
– Available for orders $50 and above

Note: Delivery times may vary for international destinations (excluding Asia and certain remote areas). Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Process

Our Manchester-based team will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions and authorization number.

Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package items securely (like you’d protect your fishing gloves) and include:

  • All accessories/manuals

Refund Details

Exchange Details
