Our Return Promise

We offer a 15-day return window from the date you receive your order. All returns must be in original condition – unused, unopened, and with all original packaging and tags intact. Your satisfaction is as important to us as the quality of our assist hooks and braid lines.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Our team will respond within 24-48 hours (as promptly as we ship our boat rod combos) with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Any additional information needed

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your item securely (like you would protect your favorite fishing gloves) and include:

  • Original packaging
  • All accessories/manuals
  • Copy of your order confirmation or packing slip

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once received, we’ll inspect your item within 3-5 business days (with the same care we inspect our Daiwa reels before shipping). You’ll receive email confirmation when:

  • Your refund is processed
  • Your exchange item is shipped
  • If there are any issues with your return

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve your return. Note that:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the return is due to our error)
  • International returns may be subject to customs fees/duties which are non-refundable

Exchange Information

For exchanges (like swapping baitcaster reels for spinning models):

  • We’ll ship your new item once the return is received
  • Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed
  • Standard shipping rates apply for the new item

Non-Returnable Items

To protect all our anglers, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Fishing Gloves (for hygiene reasons)
  • Cleaners & Cleaning Products (opened containers)
  • Assist Hooks/Rigs that have been removed from original packaging

Damaged or Defective Items

If your big game rod & reel combo or other gear arrives damaged or defective:

  3. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping
