Hyper Speed Baitcaster Reel has loads of line capacity –
built for strong lines and large fish. It features a massive UTD
carbon drag that gives you maximum fish-stopping power – with a
wider adjustment range. And now it’s even tougher with a stainless
steel drive, pinion gears, plus 6 corrosion-resistant ball bearings
(CRBB). Plus, the custom EVA power handle knobs will help you crank
in the big ones with less effort.

The Rod
The more heavy-duty version of the BJ66XB, the Daiwa
Saltist Hyper BJ66XXHB Overhead Jigging Rod is suited to
90-180 gram lures and line up to PE 2. Perfect for wrestling

Glatech construction features in many of the models in the range
and incorporates uni-directional fibreglass sandwiched between 90
degree inner and outer layers graphite. The result is an incredibly
resilient blank, with backbone and lifting power to control and
lead strong fish.

Rock solid Fuji reel seats create an immovable fusion between rod
and reel, with a locking ring on the seat anchoring the two
together eliminating any chance of reel movement or slippage.
